To send order confirmations and service messages, and — only if you opt in — newsletters and offers.

To understand which parts of the platform are used most so we can improve them.

3. Payments

Card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on eKitaab servers. We keep only the last four digits and the card brand so you can recognise a saved method.

4. Cookies and similar technology

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and measure aggregate traffic. You can clear or block them in your browser, though some features will stop working.

5. Sharing your information

We share data only with the providers who help us run the service — payment processors, delivery partners and email providers — and only what they need.
